Booking Terms

These are the booking conditions currently confirmed for Apuseni Active multi-day e-MTB holidays in 2027. They apply to direct bookings made with Apuseni Active (Grand Tour International SRL). Cancellation and change terms will be published here before online payments are activated.

Payment and price

  • A 20% deposit confirms the booking and locks the applicable price.
  • The remaining 80% is due 30 days before arrival.
  • No online payment is currently taken through the website; payment details are provided with your booking confirmation.

Group size and guaranteed departures

  • Each departure is guaranteed from 4 riders.
  • Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 riders.

Early Bird 2027

  • The Early Bird promotion is limited to the first 4 qualifying direct bookings in total for the 2027 season — not per departure and not per package.
  • A non-rider companion attached to a qualifying Early Bird booking may receive the corresponding companion Early Bird rate without consuming an additional Early Bird booking.
  • Early Bird rates apply to direct bookings only, not to bookings made through tour operators, travel agencies, online platforms or other partners.

Optional services

  • Optional airport transfers and optional experiences (such as the shepherd's hut meal or the traditional Apuseni evening) are not included in the package price unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Programme and routes

  • Routes and the daily programme may be adapted for weather, trail conditions, safety and the ability of the group.

Cancellation by Apuseni Active

  • If Apuseni Active cancels a confirmed departure, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of payments made.
